Eastern Partnership Summit, to be held in Brussels on June 18.
This was told by Ukraine’s representative to the EU, Ambassador Mykola Tochytskyy while communicating with journalists in Brussels, Interfax-Ukraine reported.
Tochytskyy said that the Ukrainian side had stated its readiness to take an active role to achieve certain pragmatic results.
“We would like the programs that are part of the Eastern Partnership to be used in order to strengthen our path towards European integration,” the Ukrainian diplomat said.
Tochytskyy has also pointed out that the Ukrainian side would like all the mechanisms available within the framework of cooperation with the European Union to serve as an addition to deepen and strengthen those processes that are integral and necessary for our advancement in the EU to have a reliable base.
